According to Eric Trapp, the most important element of any Meadow Brook Home is the trust his clients place in him during the entire building process. Eric's philosophy is to be open and honest with his customers from the very beginning, even if it means pointing out that some ideas might not be realistic. Because they have 4 children of their own, Eric and Susan understand the needs of a family - both in terms of floorplans and in terms of budget.

The Trapps understand that building a home can be an overwhelming and confusing experience if there is not sufficient communication. That's why Eric and Susan make themselves available 24 hours a day, and it is one of the reasons that Eric participates in the construction of every home himself. Eric can keep a close eye on the quality of the work and keep his customers informed as to their homes' progress.
